David Hebert is a Professor of Music with Grieg Academy, Bergen University College, Norway, and he frequently lectures for China Conservatory in Beijing. He has recently chaired arts sessions for the World Congress of Sociology, and given keynote speeches for music conferences in Europe, Asia, and Africa.
